MemberHub is Root's central online place for staff and parents to communicate, collaborate and organize. The PTA is responsible for ensuring that every parent or guardian who uses Memberhub has given Root Elementary PTA permission.
The Google form below will need to be filled out by EVERYONE who uses Memberhub. This will only take a few minutes and once the form is filled out this year, you will not need to fill out the form again. Unfortunately, if we do not have a completed form on file we will have to delete your information from Memberhub, so please fill it out today!

HOW TO CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT:
1. Go to https://root.memberhub.com or click on link in the email you will receive from Memberhub.
2. Select “I need create an account” option. Follow the instructions to create a password and verify your email address (for your security).
3. Complete your full profile upon joining the system.
ONCE YOU CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT:
You will be added to private online groups called hubs for your students’ classroom(s) and you will be able to receive email and text message (if you choose to provide a phone number) correspondence from the Root PTA, Teachers and Staff. You will be able to login and access your own profile, files, photos, signups and school directory. You can also adjust your personal notification preferences.
With MemberHub you can:
• Communicate with parents and staff through online discussions
• Access a private online school directory
• Receive text message notifications
• Share photos in a safe environment
• Access documents and newsletters
• Share school calendars with automatic event reminders
• Signup for volunteer opportunities
